Team Lead Catering
All requests for catering services provided by the Nutritional Services Department should be submitted a minimum of 10 business days in advance of the anticipated function to the Nutritional Services Catering office.
Requests can be made by calling Catering at ext. 26097 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
The request should include the name of the group, date, requestor/contact name and extension, room location, event time, number of attendees, and service requested.
Catering requests should be limited to hospital business functions and which would preclude an attendee from utilizing the Sunflower Terrace Cafeteria, Java Plazas, Food Connection or other personal food arrangements.
Catering requests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service will be limited to functions greater than two hours in duration and which would prevent an attendee from utilizing other meal arrangements.Exceptions may be made for Medical Staff functions.
The Nutritional Services Catering Lead will complete a Catering Function form and will contact the requestor for any questions regarding the request.
All requests for catering will be reviewed for approval by the Vice President of Support Services and the Director of Nutritional Services. The Vice President of the requesting department will be consulted as needed.
The Catering Lead or Director of Nutritional Services will notify the contact person if the function has been approved or denied.
The Sunflower Terrace Cafeteria, Java Plazas and Food Connection are available for the purchase of beverages, snacks and meals.
