Love of Food

April brings us Earth Day when we celebrate the incredible bounty we enjoy daily. In our cafés, we honor Sodexo’s commitment to sustainability by featuring plant-forward dishes and responsibly sourced seafood. This year, Love of Food serves up Mushroom Bao. Rose, an experienced mushroom forager, was inspired to feature crispy tempura-dipped mushrooms in her Asian bao creation. Accented with a vegetable kimchi and a green onion garnish, this bao trio is considered a comfort-food classic in modern cuisine.

Mediterranean Herb Chicken with Linguine is a clear example of Chris’s love for creating authentic Italian meals with fresh and flavorful ingredients, including his rich Parmesan asparagus sauce and roasted grape tomatoes.
